Expert Jury

The expert jury of the HR PRO Awards are:‍

  • CEO of Ukrainian and international companies working in different cities of Ukraine.
  • Representatives of the HR field who have an international certification/international profile education/MBA.
  • Have more than 5 years of experience in management positions in the field of HR
    ‍

‍The tasks of the expert jury‍

  • Review and evaluation of participants' applications in their nominations (up to 5 nominations per 1 jury member)
  • Evaluation of Nominees
  • Participation in online discussions of finalists
    ‍

Each application is evaluated individually by the jury, without comparison with other projects in the nomination. Entrants whose entries have received enough points become finalists.

‍Important!‍

  • The composition of the jury is formed in such a way as to exclude the possibility of a conflict of interest and biased judging.
  • Projects are evaluated by CEO and HR, Personalities are evaluated by external independent specialist/s.
  • The jury will know the names of the winners at the award ceremony.
