HR PRO Awards 2025

Terms of participation:

  • Cost of one application with VAT is from 01.03.2025 to 30.04.2025 - 51 600 UAH(43 000 UAH excl. VAT) and from 01.05.2025 - 58 800 UAH (UAH 49,000 excl. VAT). 5% of the amount after the transfer of VAT will be sent to help the civilian population or the military.

  • Finalist projects in the format of presentations and videos will be available for an additional fee, which will be announced on November 24, 2025.
  • Projects should be implemented in 2024-2025 or continue to be integrated from previous years, but with new innovative approaches to solve HR problems.

This Regulation defines the procedure for organizing and conducting the All-Ukrainian annual HR Pro Awards (hereinafter referred to as the Prize). HR Pro Awards is an all-Ukrainian annual award for HR professionals/-OK.

The main purpose of the Award is to recognize the team and personal achievements of the representatives of the profession, which will contribute to raising the level of professional practices that exist in our country.

The competition to determine the winners of the Award is held for HR representatives from segments of large, medium and small Ukrainian businesses operating in Ukraine or abroad (in particular, in the case of relocation of the company abroad). Representatives of large businesses include companies with a staff of 2500 or more employees.

By participating in the Prize, the participant warrants that he/she does not belong to legal entities, the ultimate beneficial owner, member or participant of which is:

- the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus,

- a citizen of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus

- a legal entity established and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus.

The award is held annually. The period of the Prize in 2025 is from March 3 to November 14.

This Regulation applies exclusively to the implementation of the 2025 Prize. Premiums of other periods are governed by separate provisions.

1. Rights of the organizer and co-organizer of the Prize

1.1 The organizer of the All-Ukrainian Annual HR Pro Awards is the Ukrainian Association of HR Professionals/-OK HR Pro. Co-organizer is robota.ua.

1.2 The Organizer has the right to change the names of the nominations, add additional nominations or exclude existing ones without prior notice to the participants/s.

1.3. The Organizer has the right to change the stages and individual elements of the stages of the Prize without notice to the participants.

1.4. Replacing prizes with cash equivalents is not allowed.

1.5. All expenses for participation in the Prize, including expenses for payment of travel to the place of awarding of the winners of the Prize, expenses for renting residential premises for living, etc., are borne by the participants of the competition independently.

1.6. Objections, appeals, claims based on the results of the Prize are not accepted.

1.7. The award ceremony of the Prize winners will take place on November 14, 2025. Announcement of the place and time of the award ceremony will be published on the website hrproawards.com.ua. Award finalists receive a personal invitation to the award ceremony from the Organizer.

1.9. The organizer guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided by the participants, which is submitted in the participant's application.

1:10 a.m. Participation in the Prize is carried out on a paid basis in accordance with the Price List.

2. Responsibilities of the organizer and co-organizer of the Prize

2.1. Carries out general management and control over the conduct of the competition.

2.2 Operates operational management of the activities within the framework of the Award.

2.3. Approves the Regulation on the Prize and exercises control over its compliance.

2.4. Invites partners of the Prize.

2.5. Posts information about the Prize on the website hrproawards.com.ua

2.6. Provides organizational, technical and methodological support of the Award.

2.7. Organizes the awarding of the winners and winners of the Prize.

3. Procedure for the Award

3.1. Award Nominations

Personalities

CEO of the Year— nomination for people-oriented managers/-ok.

HR of the Year— nomination for highly qualified practitioners and professionals in the field of HR.

HR influencer— nomination for professionals who contribute to increasing the value of the profession and its development in the business environment.

The newest star— nomination for specialists who will shine with new bright names in the HR industry.

Projects

Attracting Talents.A nomination that considers providing the organization with the necessary real and future knowledge, skills and competencies attracted from the external market.

Training and Development.Nomination in which programs aimed at aligning the knowledge and skills of employees with the needs of the organization are considered.

Rewards and Recognition.Nomination in which programs of material and intangible motivation of employees are considered, aimed at attracting and retaining targeted talents in the organization.

Wellbeing and Health.Nomination in which programs of care for the health and quality of life of employees are considered.

Diversity and Inclusion.Nomination in which programs for the formation of a culture of inclusion and diversity in companies are considered.

Digital work environment.Nomination in which projects related to digitalization and automation of employee experience are considered.

HR Analytics.A nomination that considers building a sustainable business system through qualitative consolidation and analysis of people data.

Sustainability and Charity. Nomination, which considers socially oriented programs of support and assistance to workers, civilians and defenders and defenders of Ukraine in the format of charity or volunteering.

HR in Business Transformation. The nomination opens the opportunity to recognize and award projects related to key aspects of strategic business transformation. It covers a wide range of initiatives aimed at restructuring, scaling, merging businesses and lines of activity.

Reintegration of veterans and veterans. Nomination in which the programs of reintegration of veterans and veterans will be considered and taken into account.

3.2. Participants of the Prize

3.2.1. Citizens of Ukraine who are officially employed in companies, as well as individual entrepreneurs who carry out activities in the field of employment can participate in the competition.

3.2.2. An unlimited number of participants can be applied for from each company or group of companies according to the principle “One application - 1 participant”.

3.2.3. Documents that are subject to mandatory submission as part of the participant's application are regulated within each nomination and posted on the Internet - hrproawards.com.ua

3.2.4. If there is any doubt that the participant of the Prize meets the requirements set out in this Regulation, the Organizer of the Prize shall have the right to require the Participant (s) to produce documents confirming his/her compliance with the above requirements.

3.2.5. In case of failure to submit such documents by the participant (s), the Prize Organizer has the right to suspend the participant (s) of the Prize from participation at any stage of its holding without compensation for any costs or direct or indirect damages.

3.2.6. The Participant (s) of the Prize shall be suspended from participation in the Prize at any stage of the Prize in the event of his/her submission of inaccurate or incomplete information, he/she commits unfair actions when submitting an application or when considering it (including when attempting to influence the Organizer). Withdrawal of the Participant (s) of the Prize is made without compensation for any costs or direct or indirect damages.

3.3. Personal data of the participants of the Prize

3.3.1. When submitting the Application, the Participant of the Prize confirms his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data, including, but not limited to: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, education, profession, place of work, position, e-mail addresses and contact telephone numbers.

3.3.2. The Organizer of the Prize processes the personal data of the participants in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine for the purpose of conducting the Prize, informing about the results of the Prize.

3.3.3. The consent to the processing of personal data of the participants of the Prize is valid for three years after the end of the Prize.

3.3.4. If the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data prevents further participation in the Prize, the Organizer of the Prize has the right to refuse the Participant (s) to participate in the Prize.

4. Terms and venue of the Prize

4.1. Conference and Award Ceremony is held November 14, 2025.

4.2. Registration for the Conference and Awards Ceremony begins on “01” July 2025 and ends on “13” November 2025. If tickets for the Conference and Award Ceremony are sold before the specified registration deadline. Registration for the Conference and the Awards Ceremony may be terminated early.

4.3. Venue of the Conference and Award Ceremony at the approval stage.

5. Conditions for visiting the Prize

5.1. All interested professionals can visit the Prize.

5.2. To visit the Prize, it is necessary to pay for a ticket on the website https://www.hrproawards.com.ua/ before the 13th of November 2025, inclusive.

5.3. Confirmation of registration, payment options, payment documents, payment confirmation will come to the specified E-mail. Entry to the Prize will be made according to the lists.

5.4. Organizers do not edit information about the Participant — the name, surname and place of work specified during registration will be indicated on the Participant's badge.

5.5. The organizers use the company name and logo, in the form that was provided by the participant when filling out the application for participation.

6. Payment terms and security of payments

6.1. The Participant chooses the method of payment for participation when placing an order independently from those offered by the Organizer. The participant is obliged to pay the participation in accordance with the chosen method before the date of the Prize.

7. Terms and Conditions

7.1. The Agreement shall enter into force from the date of acceptance of the Offer by the Participant and shall be valid until the Parties fulfill their obligations in full.

7.2. The contract may be terminated in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.3. The organizer is released from the fulfillment of its obligations due to the action of force majeure: natural phenomena (earthquake, flood, etc.), certain prohibitive measures of the state, as well as circumstances of public life: military actions, epidemics, large-scale strikes, etc., that is, such phenomena, the influence of which is external and inevitable pure.

7.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms, with participants agreeing to abide by these rules.

Before registering and providing Information, the Participant has carefully read these terms and conditions and agreed to the procedure established by them for obtaining and processing Information.

By filling out and submitting an application for participation, you consent to the processing of personal data provided by HR Pro Awards for registration to a professional event in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”
