These Regulations define the procedures for organizing and conducting the HR PRO Awards 2026, the annual national award recognizing excellence in the HR profession.
The primary objective of the Award is to recognize teams and individual achievements of HR professionals whose work contributes to the advancement of professional HR practices in Ukraine.
The competition is open to representatives of the HR profession from large and medium-sized businesses operating in Ukraine and abroad, including Ukrainian companies that have relocated or expanded internationally. Large businesses are defined as organizations employing 2,500 or more employees.
By participating in the Award, the participant confirms that they are not affiliated with any legal entity whose ultimate beneficial owner, member, or shareholder is:

The Award is held annually. The 2026 Award cycle runs from June 31 to November 12, 2026.
These Regulations apply exclusively to the HR PRO Awards 2026. Awards conducted in other years are governed by separate regulations.
1.1 The Organizer of the annual national HR PRO Awards is the Ukrainian Association of HR Professionals, HR PRO Association. The Award’s Strategic Partner is Work.ua.
1.2 The Organizer reserves the right to rename existing categories, introduce additional categories, or remove existing categories without prior notice to participants.
1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Award stages and individual elements of the Award process without prior notice to participants.
1.4. Cash compensation in lieu of an award is not permitted.
1.5. All expenses related to participation in the Award, including travel costs to the award ceremony venue, accommodation expenses, and other associated costs, shall be borne by participants.
1.6. Objections, appeals, or claims regarding the Award results will not be accepted.
1.7. The official Award Ceremony will take place on November 12, 2026. Information regarding the venue and time of the ceremony will be published on the official website: hrproawards.com.ua. 1.8. The Organizer guarantees the confidentiality of information provided by participants in their applications.
1:9 Participation in the Award is fee-based and subject to the applicable Price List.
2.1. To provide overall management and supervision of the Award competition.
2.2 To ensure operational management of all Award-related activities.
2.3. To approve the Award Regulations and monitor compliance with them.
2.4. To engage and coordinate Award partners.
2.5. To publish information about the Award on the official website: hrproawards.com.ua.
2.6. To provide organizational, technical, and methodological support for the Award.
2.7. To organize the recognition and awarding of Award winners and laureates.

HR Influencer — recognizes professionals who elevate the value of the HR profession and contribute to its development within the business community.
Talent AcquisitionAttracting Talents. A nomination that considers providing the organization with the necessary real and future knowledge, skills and competencies attracted from the external market.
Learning & Development. Recognizes programs designed to align employees’ knowledge and skills with organizational needs and strategic objectives.
Rewards & Recognition. Recognizes monetary and non-monetary reward programs aimed at attracting, engaging, motivating, and retaining key talent within the organization.
Well-being & Health. Recognizes programs focused on supporting employees’ health, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Diversity & Inclusion. Recognizes initiatives that foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.
Digital Workplace. Recognizes projects related to the digitalization and automation of the employee experience and workplace environment.
HR Analytics. Recognizes initiatives that strengthen business performance through effective consolidation, measurement, and analysis of people-related data.
Resilience & Charity. Recognizes socially oriented programs that support employees, civilians, and the defenders of Ukraine through charitable initiatives, volunteering, and community engagement activities.
HR in Business Transformation. Recognizes projects connected with key aspects of strategic business transformation. This category covers a broad range of initiatives aimed at restructuring, scaling, integration of businesses, and transformation of business functions and operations.
Veterans Reintegration. Recognizes programs and initiatives designed to support the successful reintegration of veterans into the workplace and broader society. The category evaluates efforts aimed at employment, adaptation, development, well-being, and long-term inclusion of veterans within organizations.
3.2.1. The competition is open to citizens of Ukraine who are officially employed by companies, as well as individual entrepreneurs engaged in activities related to human resources and employment.
3.2.2. An unlimited number of participants may be nominated from a single company or a group of companies, based on the principle of one application per participant/project.
3.2.3. The documents required as part of the application package are specified within each nomination category and are available on the official website: hrproawards.com.ua.
3.2.4. If there is any doubt as to whether a participant meets the eligibility requirements set forth in these Regulations, the Organizer reserves the right to request supporting documentation confirming compliance with such requirements.
3.2.5. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the participant being disqualified from the Award at any stage of the competition without reimbursement of any direct or indirect expenses incurred.
3.2.6. A participant may be disqualified from the Award at any stage if they submit false or incomplete information, engage in unfair practices during the application process, or attempt to exert influence on the Organizer. Disqualification shall take place without reimbursement of any direct or indirect expenses incurred by the participant.
3.2.7. The participation fee for one application from June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026 is UAH 80,400 including VAT (UAH 67,000 excluding VAT). 5% of the participation fee (after VAT deduction) will be allocated to support civilians and military personnel affected by the war.with VAT is from (43 000 UAH excl. VAT) and from (UAH 49,000 excl. VAT)5% of the amount after the transfer of VAT will be sent to help the civilian population or the military.
3.3.1. By submitting an application, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data, including but not limited to: surname, first name, patronymic (where applicable), date of birth, education, profession, place of employment, position, email address, and contact telephone numbers.
3.3.2. The Organizer processes participants’ personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine for the purposes of administering the Award and communicating information regarding the Award results.
3.3.3. Consent to the processing of personal data remains valid for a period of three years following the completion of the Award cycle.
3.3.4. If the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data makes further participation in the Award impossible, the Organizer reserves the right to deny the participant continued participation in the Award.
4.1. The Conference and Awards Ceremony will take place on November 12, 2026.
4.2. Registration for the Conference and Awards Ceremony opens on July 1, 2026, and closes on November 11, 2026. If all tickets are sold before the registration deadline, registration for the Conference and Awards Ceremony may be closed earlier.
4.3. The venue for the Conference and Awards Ceremony is currently being finalized and will be announced at a later date.
5.1. The Award event is open to all interested professionals.
5.2. To attend the Award, participants must purchase a ticket through the official website https://www.hrproawards.com.ua/ no later than November 12, 2026 (inclusive).
5.3. After registration, payment options, payment documents, and payment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Admission to the Award event will be based on the registration list.
5.4. The Organizer does not edit participant information. The participant’s first name, last name, and company name provided during registration will be displayed on the participant’s badge.
5.5. The Organizer uses company names and logos in the form submitted by participants during the registration and application process.
6.1. The participant selects a preferred payment method during the registration process from the options offered by the Organizer. The participant is required to complete payment according to the selected payment method prior to the date of the Award event.
7.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon the Participant’s acceptance of the Offer and remains valid until all obligations of the Parties have been fully fulfilled.
7.2. This Agreement may be terminated in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
7.3. The Organizer shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.), governmental restrictions and measures, military actions, epidemics, large-scale strikes, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer that arise unexpectedly.
7.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Award, participants agree to comply with any such amendments.
Prior to registration and submission of information, the Participant confirms that they have carefully reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the procedures governing the collection and processing of information.
By completing and submitting an application, the Participant consents to the processing of the personal data provided to HR PRO Awards for registration and professional communication purposes in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
