History

In 2021The first HR Pro Awards ceremony was held. She received warm feedback from the HR community and showed that there are powerful, important projects and HR specialists in Ukraine who are able to bring the Ukrainian market closer to the world level.

In 2022, the yearand robota.ua and HR PRO Association conducted the online project “Alley of Sustainability”. It is a virtual gallery filled with real stories of sustainable work and thanks that need to be engraved as historical facts. For each publication, robota.ua participants made a charitable contribution, and as a result, joint efforts managed to purchase a banderomobile with a combat turret for Ukrainian defenders.

In 2023 The organizers of the HR Pro Awards managed to fulfill the key goal of the project — to celebrate the team and personal successes of HR professionals, who in the conditions of war were filled with new shades — care, resilience, flexible thinking and strong decisions.

In 2024Conference “The Way to Success: Innovative Practices in HR” and the award ceremony of HR Pro Awards 2024 took place. This event left an unforgettable impression and provided valuable ideas for the development of HR strategies in 2025.
